A wonderful illustration; love the subtle color; the tiny faint details in the background; excellent pen and ink
You are so skilled at drawing. I really like your loose crosshatch technique too.
Funny, nice lighting and I love the expression on his face
I love the colours and the style, it is very old school. I love his pensive look.
Cool! Nice drawing and technique.
I like your subtle color palette... I can't seem to get myself to do that. great illo!
I figured you would have an excellent "robot" contribution and I wasn't disappointed. Excellent color pallete and as usual, your linework is fantastic.
Great bot. I like the limited colors. I think my life would be much more simple if I would follow your example.
I love theis old school laboratory and creation look you have here! The scenario is amusing, and the the limited palette creates the feeling of a dungeon where unspeakable scientific experiements occur...very Dr. Frankenstein! I'm glad you were able to finish this for this week's topic - it works perfectly!
Another DK gem. Nice one Draz.
Always fun as usual! I enjoy the muted blue/browns. Good stuff!J

Robotulous illo, Draz! That's a good thing.
Wow--this rules. Great work at this blog!
Always fun to stop by and see what you're up too. Superb work as always!
I love your line. I'm really into line and keep wishing I could use it more effectively and more expressively. I love the hatching. And just as much, I love your use of limited color.
Excellent! Looks like it 'sproinged' to mind fully formed! My favourite of your recent posts!!I love the light on the mad scientist's face and the cockeyed angle of the poor robot. The hatching in the darks is beautiful. ~ Arna
thanks for the comments everyone
Wow, yeah. I love robots and I love this drawing. It reminds me of the art from Jacob Two-Two meets the Hooded Fang...the original book, not the new Nelvana cartoon. Hooray for Robots!j.
