Thanks Rich I don't really ink like this too much anymore, its more a reaction to a the subject. reading the biography, her Victorian world somehow made me go for a more traditional approach (or at least being more faithful to the photograph) when I was drawing from the photograph. I suppose I would call it more realistic or traditional than more illustrative tho.
you are right about the burmese catastrophe it actually says that in the top corner from a Toronto Star photo tho you can't really read it.

What's the panoramic one in the middle of? Looks like it's taken from a photo depicting the Burmese catastrophe?..
