THis is just great! love it!
i love the look on the princess' face... how did you create that wall? i love it so much!
more brilliance from drazen! nice ;)
Thanks folks!knottydon- I built that wall with my two bare hands![ using a wacom]
Amazing work. Nice nostalgic look. The frog gets a little lost though.
thanks Guy. Yeah i agree with you about the poor froggy.I still have some finishing up to do on this picture and originally that hill was going to be a bit more grey bluebut I think the wee froggy is doomed to be a bit lost.He stood out more when the bg was just white with no rolling hills. I'm going to try and bring him out a bit more.
Still, another gem, Draz! How dooo you do it?!?!?!
Ah yes...the froggie can dream, but the lady doesn't look too thrilled! Silly girl; she might be missing out on something. As always, you've captured the topic with your hypnotik eye...a bit of whimsy and humor to add another dimension to the theme. I adore your characters! I just love their attenuated bodies and their marvelous facial expressions.
Drazen, you continue to amaze me. My favorite part is the town buildings. Wonderful rendering throughout the image.Best,Steve
Beautiful Drazen!!! is it digital or traditional? Very nice tree too!
Excellent colors and composition. The girl looks like she'd be fun to animate, too! I put a link to your excellent blog on my page. Cheers!

thats a great illustration. nice job on the digital coloring, looks traditional.
Love the colors in this piece, Drazen. Such a nice treatment of the topic, too. I'm not sure if that frog's a prince, but I'm sure you are one.
Ye sit with a wince,But I'd be a princeIf only for one little thingA peck on the cheekOne kiss small and meekAnd surely I'd make your heart singRibbitExcellent work Drazen. For some reason I'm reminded of an old Rocky and Bullwinkle segment, Fractured Fairy Tales I think it was. Anyway, great stuff, keep 'em coming :)
