This old building is being converted to a skatepark. I was glad to see it looks like they are going to keep the building pretty much intact and converting it to a youth centre. Always liked this building buy hey , the kids gotta skate.

Sweet renderings, through and through. I think I mentioned this in an earlier post, but it's worth saying again...it's just so wonderful to see your sketches and your watercolor studies. They are just as beautiful as the work I usually see from you. WONDERFUL work.

That building reminds me of so many old factories I used to see as a kid. I used to imagine that after they were abandoned, majical creatures would use them to create fairy dust, flying or invisible powder, etc. I figured it had to be something like that to make them so appealing to me back then. Yours on the other hand, requires not mystical creatures to make it appealing, they look fabulous on their own.
