I figured you would have an excellent "robot" contribution and I wasn't disappointed. Excellent color pallete and as usual, your linework is fantastic.
I love theis old school laboratory and creation look you have here! The scenario is amusing, and the the limited palette creates the feeling of a dungeon where unspeakable scientific experiements occur...very Dr. Frankenstein! I'm glad you were able to finish this for this week's topic - it works perfectly!
I love your line. I'm really into line and keep wishing I could use it more effectively and more expressively. I love the hatching. And just as much, I love your use of limited color.
Wow, yeah. I love robots and I love this drawing. It reminds me of the art from Jacob Two-Two meets the Hooded Fang...the original book, not the new Nelvana cartoon.
With menace he cried "My God! Its alive!" Light flashed to a thunderous sound My wondrous creation Robotic sensation! Rise forth for theres village to pound
I left a comment over at the board, but thought I'd post the prose over here too. Love the mad scientists lab, expecially the old school computer.

Excellent! Looks like it 'sproinged' to mind fully formed! My favourite of your recent posts!!
I love the light on the mad scientist's face and the cockeyed angle of the poor robot. The hatching in the darks is beautiful. ~ Arna
